⚙️ What is your professional background?

I worked as a Technical Engagement Manager at another tech company for two years before joining Auxo last March. Prior to that, I worked in the financial services field.

☀️ What does a typical day look like for you?

My day-to-day varies a lot based on where each of my projects are in the development process (SDLC). I often start the day with daily stand ups with each of my development teams, and then will have a couple client calls. Throughout the day, I am usually coordinating with client teams, our development team, and designers to make sure we can work through all the tasks for a given sprint. No two clients are the same and no two days at Auxo are the same - that is one of the things I enjoy most about working here.

💥 What do you find most exciting / interesting about working at Auxo Solutions?

Auxo is a fast growing company where leadership really takes the time to listen to the employees. I like knowing that I can voice my opinions and freely make suggestions, and that action is quickly taken from those conversations. This makes us efficient because the people doing the work can own the processes for their work. It’s a dynamic environment where we can continually streamline workflows and that feels very unique in the tech space.

🎿 What are some of your interests or hobbies?

I love to ski, bring my dog on walks and hikes, and I’ve been getting back into reading more in my spare time!
